Flower arranging demonstration.

With all the rain and cold weather we have endured this winter and spring, it was a treat to be surrounded by flowers at our March speaker event.

Deidre talked us through the way she uses the line and triangle to make beautiful and varied arrangements.  She demonstrated how to build the design using foliage and colour to add texture and interest.

All the arrangements were raffled at the end of the session. Eight lucky winners took flowers home with them.
